Do you "resell" any of your on hold messaging as "ad space"? We work with many vendors that would be interested in being featured during hold times for our call center. I'm interested in finding out how much the market bears for a spot. Obviously there are a number of variables to consider... inbound call volume, average hold time, length of audio spot, etc. but I'm trying to get some benchmarks and the on hold companies I've talked to don't have that information. Can you help?

Re: Google Buzz Shows Value in Week 1 -meetmicah.com

How fun Ben! For best measures, I recommend 3 copies of everything. #1 is the site (and database), the host's managed full backup is #2, and a local onsite backup is #3. Why # 3? I have had, on occassion, corrupt backup files from the host which would simply not restore (ouch). Hey, its always wise to expect the unexpected, # 3 saved my behind.

Just be careful in case what you restore brings back the vunerability that led to the hacking. You should quickly patch the weakness, lest the bad guys come knockin again.

Re: Mining Gold from Existing Links

great post...a lot to things here..
